Shipping policy

Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days via USPS with a standard delivery time of 3-7 days. Personalized and Custom items may require additional time before shipping.  You will be notified via email of the expected ship date and any unforeseen delays. Larger or heavier packages may cost less to ship by UPS and will ship via the lowest cost option unless you select a specific alternative shipping method at checkout.  Be sure to sign up for emails and/or text alerts as we will frequently offer Discount Codes, including for Free Shipping for order over a specific amount.

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address and email.  We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to typing errors.  Order and shipment confirmations will be emailed along with tracking information.  If you do not receive these emails there may have been an entry error.  You can contact us by email and we can correct this for you.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the carrier has your package. Tracking information will be provided but some delays due to severe weather or other events may be unavoidable. If after two weeks you have not received your order or the tracking shows it as lost, you can reach out and we will do what we can to reship or make it right.  Most handmade items are one of a kind so we may or may not have the materials to make an identical item.  If we don’t, we may offer you a similar alternative or store credit.
